Verify if T86 file is send to Descartes. For this, go to your MAWB file in Nova, verify whether you see Submitted status for all HAWBS. If not, please click on Send T86 File

If submitted, please login in to Descartes System. Try to manually process the file and see error.
If the error is “Total Value should be greater than Zero”, you have either send a file where the total value is more than $800. Descartes System do not allow an entry with total value exceeding $800. You have to file a formal entry. Nova does not support formal entries.
