Verify if T86 file is send to Descartes. For this, go to
Open your MAWB file in
Nov.
Verify if you see
“Submitted” status for all HAWBS. If not, please click on Send T86
.
If submitted, please login in to Descartes System. Try to manually process the file and action accordingly.
If you seen an error “Total Value should be greater than Zero”, you have either send a file where total value is more than exceeds $800. Descartes System do not allow an entry with total value exceeding $800. You have to file a formal entry. Nova does not support formal entries.
