All retailers using the OmniParcel integration to create DDU cases in OmniCardPay will need a retailer account set up in OmniCardPayRetailers will use the default Duties Due Email unless otherwise created

  1. In OmniCardPay, go to Settings > Retailer Settings > Click New Email Setting

  2. Complete fields as required. Please see definitions here

  3. Click Submit
