Using iHub for Loading Bookings

Please see the user guide below showing how to manipulate CSV files for loading using iHub. Note that you should not use normal Excel functionality for this, you should follow the guide if you wish to use Excel at all. Please note also that only Excel 2019 onwards supports this functionality. If you don’t have access to this or later versions of Excel, it is recommended that you don’t use Excel at all for this. The reason is that it treats fields such as phone numbers as integer values and corrupts them from their original format.
