SEKO have a dedicated returns tracking portal https://track.omnirps.com/ designed to track returns from the consumer back to a Seko hub or directly back to the retailerthroughout the cross border returns journey. This tracking portal can be supplied to customers for them to track their return however, it is also useful for customer service and operations team to track individual returns.
OmniParcel also has a tracking portal which can be used to track the first mile shipping. Once the return is delivered to the first mile tracking destination, there will be no further events shown in the OmniParcel tracking portal. This may be useful to use for domestic returns.
At the top of the tracking portal is a timeline of the 7 status' a return may commonly have.
