Currently, user will receive notifications when an issue is created for a HAWB with their station as the control.
An issue will stay on their notification module until it is acknowledge by a user.
Once an issue notification is acknowledged by a user it will be moved off of the active screen for ALL users.
We added a Notifications tab to the Customer Profile.
Permissioned users can add a user to the notification tab.
Once one or more users is added to the notification tab, then those users will be the only users to receive notification for issues on hawbs belonging to that customer.
