Click “Create New Carrier Service” Button on the bottom of the right pane
Fill In Service Details
Click SAVE button

Click on System Admin -> Security -> Client Entitlements Menu
Select Client on the left pane
Click Carriers to Assign on the right pane
Click SAVE button

Click “Create New” Button
Enter API token name
Click ADD button
Copy Token/code
