There are two options to navigate to SEKO360 Support which are online and email respectively:
There is 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support. You will receive an acknowledgement of the ticket as soon as you have submitted it. You can log in to the portal to see your ticket. If you do not have a login, you will be prompted to create one. You can also add comments and share the ticket with other people who may have an interest. |
