Eg:
tolerance % =1%, Approval value = 2% passes validation
tolerance % = 6%, Approval value = 2% fails validation
Quantity Tolerance Under (%) - If the line tolerance % is a negative number and is greater than than the Quantity Tolerance Under Approval value set up for the relevant Client and Shipment transport mode, then this rule has passed (within tolerance).
Eg:
tolerance % = -1%, Approval value = -2% passes validation
tolerance % = -6%, Approval value = -2% fails validation
