Generic Services Overview

Generic Services is a generic solution to integrate Clients with any system they are using.

These are reusable components in software development that manage common tasks across multiple applications. They are designed to be flexible and adaptable for various purposes.

iHub Generic Services enables users to create new services through a user-friendly interface, utilizing pipelines for configuration.

Pipelines

A pipeline in Generic Services consists of a series of steps that handle data from the initial request to the final response. Imagine it as an assembly line, where each step is responsible for transforming, validating, or routing the data.

Each step in the pipeline is independent, making it easy to add, remove, or modify steps without affecting the entire process.

Generic Services Examples

  • Ecommerce (Shopify Integration to Seko360)

  • Logistics Solutions (Cargo Wise Integration to Seko360)

  • Warehouse Robotics (Grey Orange Integration to Seko360)

  • Seko 360 Systems (WMS, TMS, DCM, DMS, PSMS) Load & Push Services, Document Customization and Printing
