  • Maintaining users (name, email address etc)

  • Adding and removing roles from a user

Important Note

Old Permissions

Old permission settings (legacy permissions) cannot be updated by a user. Cloning users with the appropriate permissions is the preferred approach at this time.

Cloning of Users

Cloning Users will copy all the permissions and roles. It is extremely important to clone the user with the correct permissions.

Roles and Permissions

Roles and permissions can be set up by Global Admin for WMS and DCM. These are per SEKO360 Station and can be allocated to users as they are created.

Permissions

Permissions allow access to particular functions within the SEKO360 system. They are grouped to make roles which are sets of permissions for a particular job role within the business.

Roles

Roles are groups of permissions and can be allocated directly to a user.
