Problem

Please see below options for filing cargo release entry

1. Verify if T86 file is send to Descartes. For this, go to

   1. Open your MAWB file in

   Nova, verify whether

   1. Nov.

   2. Verify if you see

   Submitted

   1. “Submitted” status for all HAWBS. If not, please click on Send T86

   2. Once submitted, send a AMS Query after 2-3 minutes (i.e. FSQ/02). You should have a “Entry Filed” message, if file was submitted successfully.

2. If submitted, please login in to Descartes System. Try to manually process the file and action accordingly.

   1. If you seen an error “Total Value should be greater than Zero”, you have either send a file where total value is more than $800. Descartes System do not allow an entry with total value exceeding exceeds $800. You have to file a formal entry. Nova does not support formal entries.
