There are two options to navigate to SEKO360 Support which are online and email respectively: Navigate to SEKO360 Support https://seko.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/37 (preferred)Send an email to SEKO360 Support on Seko360.Support@sekologistics.com There is 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support. You will receive an acknowledgement of the ticket as soon as you have submitted it. You can log in to the portal to see your ticket. If you do not have a login, you will be prompted to create one. You can also add comments and share the ticket with other people who may have an interest. Yes there is a SEKO360 Support Desk. You can find information about this by reading SEKO360 Support Desk . |

No. Seko 360 DO NOT accept non-english characters (e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Greek letters) on Sales Orders Contact Details, You need to edit the file and remove those characters before uploading to iHub to avoid error. |
