Seko supports local return labels for all the main eCommerce destinations across the Globe via the Seko OmniReturns portal.

The locations bolded above are where Seko eCommerce has Returns Hubs. Returns from these countries or regions will be delivered to these Hubs for processing, consolidation and export. This enables you to issue refunds, credits or exchanges to your customers sooner, increasing customer satisfaction.

Is there a country not in the above list?

If there is a country which you would like to support returns from which is not listed above, Seko offers a generic return label where the customer still creates the return via the Seko OmniReturns portal and will receive an address label which enables us to process the return at our hub.
