Quick reference to understand the icons used in the WMS DC Interface. This ensures that users can navigate the system more effectively.
Icon | Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Checkbox | Click to select an item or multiple items to perform particular action such as Arrive, Confirm, Print |
 | Damaged Stock | When clicked, goes to the Damage Stock Screen where users can view and input quantity for received damaged stock |
 | Edit | Enables users to modify or update existing information |
| Delete | Deletes the selected item |
 | Filter/Sort | Filter or Sort Data in a column table |
| Expand/Collapse | expand or collapse rows in a table or list. Click + to reveal additional details, Click - to hide those details and simplify the view. |
| Export | Export data from the system into a different format, such as CSV, Excel, XML, or PDF. Used to save or share data outside the application. |

 | SKU Label | When clicked, goes to the SKU Label Generation Screen where users can Print SKU Label |

 | Search | Search for a record |
 | Unarrive | Revert back a delivery record in “To Arrive” status |
 | Batch GRN | When clicked, goes to the GRN Screen where users Complete and confirm GRN and Print Box Label |
 | Batch Put away | When clicked, goes to the SKU Label Generation Screen where users Assign location, Complete and confirm Put away |
 | Pick | When clicked, goes to the Dispatch List Screen where users Pick Order items, Complete Picking and Print Pick Note |
 | Pack | When clicked, goes to the Dispatch List Screen where users Pack Order items, Complete Packing and Print Dispatch Documents |
 | Track Consignment | When clicked, goes to the Carrier Tracking site |
