Contacting Support within the SEKO360 Application

  • Click the icon in the top right corner with initials

  • Click "Contact Support".

This will take you to the SEKO360 Support Portal shown below.

Email Seko360.Support@sekologistics.com to raise a request. Enter a relevant subject along with the information you need.

SEKO360 Support Portal

It is possible to access the SEKO360 Support portal using the URL https://seko.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/37. This is also shown when clicking “Contact Support” from a SEKO360 Application.

A new tab will open. Click "Request Support".

Fill in the form and click "Send".
