Email Seko360.Support@sekologistics.com to raise a request. Enter a relevant subject along with the information you need.
It is possible to access the SEKO360 Support portal using the URL https://seko.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/37. This is also shown when clicking “Contact Support” from a SEKO360 Application.
A new tab will open. Click "Request Support".
Fill in the form and click "Send".
SEKO360 Support has 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support and your query will be dealt with accordingly. You will receive an acknowledgement of the ticket by email as soon as you have submitted it. The email contains a link to the request by which you can log in to the portal to see the progress.
If you do not have a login, you will be prompted to create one.
You can also add comments and share the request with other people who may have an interest.
