Reassign Door for Outbound TRUCKLOAD Orders

JASCI allows for completed orders assigned to a ‘Door’, to be re-assigned to a new ‘Door’. An operator would utilize this function, if the orders are being picked up at another door on the dock, the floor space is needed for more orders, and/or the orders are scheduled for a later pick up date.

The operator would follow the steps below to reassign a door:

  • The operator selects ‘Reassign Door' from the mobile menu

  • The operator scans/enters the outbound order number (A)

    • If the order is not fully picked and packed, JASCI will display an “Invalid ASN” error and the operator will need to scan a valid order.

  • The operator then scans/enters the new door.

    • If the new ‘Door’ has no staging location assigned, JASCI will display an error message ‘Door has No Stage Location Assigned’

  • If the new ‘Door’ is associated with a location, JASCI reassigns the orders to the scanned ‘Door’

    • If there are more orders to reassign, the operator will scan/enter order number (A)

  • If no more orders need to be reassigned, the door reassignment is complete.
