Operational Accessorials

Operational Accessorial have been added to the HAWB to easily display the accessorials for the order. These will be defaulted from the customer Profile. In future releases we are planning to automatically add the accessorial to the agent costs when they are selected, but on this release these fields are informational only.

  • On the HAWB Pickup and Delivery tab, users will now see two modals for Pickup and Delivery Operational Accessorials

    • These Accessorials will be populated based on the service levels selected on the HAWB and the information listed in the customer profile.

  • Operational Accessorials can now be listed in four locations on the customer profile page.

    • Return Defaults

      •    These accessorials will always be used if the customer is added on a return

    • Secondary Service Levels

      • These will be used when a PU/DEL secondary service level is added to the HAWB

    • Primary Service Levels

      • These will be used if there are no secondary service levels for that HAWB

    • Customer Defaults

      • These will be used if there are no operational accessorials assigned to any of the service levels selected for that HAWB.
