LTL Transition to P44

Effective Monday, October 26

Harmony LTL functionality will begin utilizing P44. This is the same LTL service provider that Red NA uses today.

  • Benefits

    • Allows our clients and Seko stations to streamline rating between RED NA and Harmony

    • Increase our carrier portfolio with several additional carrier options

 

  • Changes on the Harmony UI

    • Clients will see an updated accessorial list when choosing LTL service Levels (see illustration below)

 

  • Additional Information on Functionality

    • Rating will be based on the LTL tariff that is set up in Red NA

      • Contact Domestic Support for tariff set ups in Red NA

    • Fuel Surcharge will reflect the fuel the carrier returns, it is not marked up

    •  Accessorials will reflect the rate the carrier returns, they are not marked up

    • Clients that have existing LTL templates can continue to use their templates

      • If accessorials were selected on a previous template and now not available via P44 accessorials they will not carry over

      • Existing templates can be overridden and saved with the newest accessorial list

 

  • What will remain the same

    • Ability to quote via the Harmony quote module

    • Ability to rate and book via the Harmony shipment module

      • Creates the Hawb, Mawb, BOL in RED and Transmits the BOL

    • Tracking functionality

 

  • What to do in preparation

    • Stations do not need to make any changes in Harmony or Red NA
