This week we are excited to announce that the Operations Control Dashboard (OCD) is being launched on 9/11/2023 with a brand-new look & Feel designed to improve your experience!

A few noteworthy highlights are mentioned below along with a quick video preview, so everyone is aware on how to navigate and export your performance data. The OCD is developing fast and we’re excited to hear back from you on these new changes.

In addition to the User interface, we are also releasing on 9/11/2023 a new category of performance metrics called Gross Profit (GP) Accuracy. These measures are designed to help all of our operations team globally ensure we don’t miss a beat in ensuring that while we service our customers, we also remain focused on managing our jobs in the right way within Cargowise!

Below you will find a list of TEAMS Webinars being hosted by your regional lightspeed deployment teams with respect to the new GP Accuracy KPI. Kindly ensure you register for at least one session so that any clarifications needed can be addressed immediately.
