White label Portal

A white label returns portal will sit on your domain e.g. www.returns.[retailerwebsite].com, and allows for additional customisation of the colours and styling of the portal to suit your brand

To give Seko access to use your domain on the returns portal, please request the below from your IT department (or whoever manages your domain)

1. SSL certificate including .CRT and .PPK file

2. .Key file (Private key file generated at the time of SSL certificate creation)

3. Please add a sub-domain name (A record) pointed to SEKO IP address (available upon request)

For go-live you will need to: 

• Change the URL of returns on their website

• Point the domain to our IP (if not done already)

• Provide order data with Image to us via integration

Once you have the documents available, please create a support ticket using this form OmniReturns Support Request using the title as “Set up whitelabel - Retailer Name” and add the documents as attachments.
