User Admin Manual

User Administration is available for creating users within a within a Company or Seko Station.

Companies and Seko Stations include

  • DCM Clients

  • DCM Vendors

  • DCM Origin Agents

  • DCM Destination Agents

  • WMS DCs

User Administration Menu Option

Clone a User

Press the Clone button for the user to be cloned

Amend a User

Press the Details button for the user to be amended

Delete a User

Press the Delete button for the user to be deleted

User Functions

User Functions define the reach of a specific user on the data available in the product. User functions can currently be added and removed during User Administration.

User Functions

Navigate to the User Functions by pressing Next on the main screen.

Add a User Function

Look up the user function by the following:

  • Select a company and a user function

  • Press Save which should be enabled

Remove a User Function

  • Press the Delete button next to the User Function to remove the user function

User Roles

Roles define the menu options available to a specific user. Roles are made up of separate permissions and can be added and removed in the User Administration screen.

Navigate to the User Roles by pressing Next on the User Function screen.

Add a Role

  • Click “Assign New Role” and expand the list

  • Select a role from the expanded list

Remove a Role

  • Click “Unassign” next to a Role to remove the role
