WMS - Add Dispatch Request

Sales Channel Menu → Add Dispatch Request sub-menu

Left Pane shows Sales Orders to be Requested for Dispatch

Click checkbox on the left side of the SO number and Click Create Dispatch Request Button.

Right Pane will show Items Requested for Dispatch.

Select Courier and Scheduled Ship Date

Tick on checkbox of Items and click Confirm button

If in case Order needs to be allocated but not yet to be dispatched, Click “On Hold” checkbox

If in case Stocks are in Multiple DC, select the particular DC in the “Ship From DC” dropdown
