General Inquiries/Admin

No. Seko 360 DO NOT accept non-English characters (e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Greek letters) on Sales Orders Contact Details,

Please edit the file and remove those characters before uploading in iHub to avoid errors.

 

Two Ways to Add New Suppliers:

  1. via iHub - Upload file>Load Companies

  2. via Seko 360 web - Client Log-in>Admin menu>Companies>Suppliers >Click Icon

Product/SKU

Only Products/SKUs without historical transaction can be deleted. This needs to be escalated to Customer Support for assistance.

For manually added Products in Seko 360 Client Interface, you can delete them if the status is “In-Development”

Client login→ Design→ Product List→ In Development Tab - delete button 

Go here to Edit Product Properties:

Client login→Design→Product List→ALL tab → View Product→ Properties

However, “Lot controlled” and “Date controlled” Properties can only be toggled if there are NO historical transactions yet such as Sales orders, Load receipts/deliveries etc.

Otherwise, these will be disabled and needs to be escalated to Customer Support for assistance.

Sales Order

Sales order can be canceled as long as the status is NOT yet for Dispatch

  1. Seko 360 Client login→ Sales Channels Menu→ SO Cancellations

  2. iHub service Upload file "Load Sales Order Cancellation"

Reports
