Outbound Flow Chart

Dispatch Status

  • Confirmed - Receive Dispatch Request from Client

  • Being Picked - Order is in process

  • Pick Complete - Order has been picked in full and is ready to be packed.

  • To Dispatch - Order has been completely Packed and is in Dispatched Area

  • Dispatched - Order is out in DC and send confirmation to Client (Dispatch Confirmation)

  • Cancelled - Cancellation request has been processed by the DC

The sales order can ONLY be cancelled if the DC order status is at:

  1. Confirmed

  2. Being Picked

  3. Pick complete

Dispatch Documents

These documents can be configured depending on Client’s requirements.

  • Pick Note - List of items that Pickers need to retrieve from specified location

  • Packing List - Actual List of Items/SKUs with details such as Courier details, Product name, Number of boxes, and item quantity for shipping

  • Commercial Invoice -Provides essential information about the shipment such as Shipping details, Billing details and Item value.

  • Dispatch Note - Contains Dispatch information such as Barcode, Dispatch Number, SO number, Product details and shipping destination
