WMS - DPA Process
Directive Put Away Process can be used once the DPA Configurations and Location Management Set-up is done.
ASN Directive Put Away Arrive (PC/FrontEnd)
ASN Directive Put Away Arrive process:
Navigate to Logistics → Inventory → Receiving List
Click on the “To Arrive” tab
Check if there is Sufficient Location
3.1 Click the “View” icon next to the delivery you want to test the directive put away process for.
3.2 Click the “Directive Put Away” button. This action will initiate a check on the directive put away process for the current delivery. You need to make sure that all the items in the delivery are properly assigned to modules and that there is enough space available in these modules.
3.3 “Sufficient Locations” column should be marked as “Yes”. It means the directive put away process has been successful and the delivery can now be received.
Go back to the Arrive Tab, click checkbox of the Delivery and click “Arrive” Button.
ASN Receipting (Mobile/HHT)
Once done arriving the delivery, you may now proceed in ASN Receipting process in Mobile/Handheld Terminal.
ASN Receipting process:
On the Mobile Menu, tap the “ASN Receipting”
Select a Client and tap the “Next” button.
Enter the “HB Reference” and click the “Search” button to access the delivery directly or tap the “All ASNs” button to select the delivery from a list.
Enter the SKU and the Receipt Qty and then tap the “Next” button.
Repeat this for all SKU’s in the delivery until all lines have been received.
ASN Editing (Mobile/HHT)
If you need to edit or delete an incorrect receipt, go to ASN Editing in Mobile/Handheld Terminal.
ASN Receipt Editing process:
On the Mobile Menu, tap the “ASN Editing”.
Select a Client and tap the “Next” button.
Enter the “HB Reference” and click the “Search” button to access the delivery directly or tap the “All ASNs” button to select the delivery from a list.
Enter the “SKU” you want to edit or tap the “All SKUs” button to select a specific SKU from a list.
Click the “Delete received line” button.

GRN Directive Put Away (PC/FrontEnd)
Goods Receipt Notification in Directive Put Away process:
Go to Logistics → Inventory → Receiving List
Click on the “In Progress” tab
Click the “View” button next to the delivery
Click the “Directive Put Away” button.
If you’ve received the entire delivery on your handheld device, click on the “Commit GRN” button. This will confirm the Goods Received Note (GRN) and start the directive put away process.
A confirmation message will appear. Click the “OK” button on this message to continue.
After the GRN is confirmed, the “Generate DPW Labels” button will become clickable. Use this button to print the Directive Put Away labels. These labels guide you on where to store the stock in the Distribution Center (DC).
Directive Put Away (Mobile/HHT)
Once the delivery GRN is committed, you may now proceed with the Directive Put Away process on Mobile device/HHT
On the Mobile menu, tap the “Directive Put Away”.
Scan the DPA barcode from the Put Away Label.
Scan the Location and Quantity.
Repeat this until all products for the delivery are put away.
Confirm Delivery (PC/FrontEnd)
Confirm Delivery process
Go to Logistics → Inventory → Receiving List
Click on the “In Progress” tab
Select the delivery you want to confirm by clicking the checkbox
Click the “Confirm” button
Delivery will now go to “Confirmed Tab”
