WMS - Replenishment Access & Settings

Create Client Access

Navigate to Logistics → Replenishment → Replenishment Access

  1. Click the "Create New" button.

  2. Select the "Client" on the drop down.

  3. Toggle "System Replenishment" to "Yes".

  4. Click the "Save" button.

The client will now be enabled to use Replenishment feature

Replenishment Settings - Item Warehouse

Navigate to Admin → Location Management → Item Warehouse

  1. Select a Client and SKU

  2. In the “Modules” section, Select Pick Face/Bulk module and Add capacity (quantity)

  3. In "Item Warehouse Attributes", set "Replenishment" to "Yes"

  4. Enter the Replenishment Level - The quantity set, when reach, triggers Replenishment record.

  5. Once the item setup is complete, click the "Save Settings" button.

  • Replenishments are done from the Bulk to Pick Face so users need to ensure the Pick Face Module and Bulk Module are setup for the SKU on the Item Warehouse page.

  • Each location can have different capacity and replenishment levels. This allows for flexible and efficient inventory management.

  • Avoid changing replenishment details (Pick Face Capacity, Bulk Capacity, Replenishment Level) if replenishment record is already created.
