TMS - System Admin

Security

Set Up by an Admin account

Users

User Maintenance where you can create Users and assign Roles and Clients for the particular user

  1. Go to System Admin Menu → Security → USERS

  2. Click “Create New” Button on the bottom of the right pane

  3. Fill in basic Information on User Details tab

  4. Click SAVE button

  5. Fill in “User Entitlement” tab (Assign Roles. Clients, Shipper)

  6. Click SAVE button

Roles

Create ROLE and assign what limits or allowable functions such as View, Create, Edit, Delete

Go to System Admin Menu → Security → ROLES

Client Entitlements

Assign Carriers to Client

Go to System Admin Menu → Security → Client Entitlements

TMS Entity Setup (Client , Carrier and Shipper) | Assign Carrier to Client

Settings

Carrier Provider Settings

Retail Provider Settings

API Credentials

Go to System Admin Menu → Settings→ API Credentials

Generate API Token to be used in Integration

: TMS Entity Setup (Client , Carrier and Shipper) | Create API token
