Getting Started

SEKO 360-DCM Vendor Portal is a Purchase order management system that helps Vendor manage bookings and communicate with Origin Office.

All words in blue seen in this User Guide are clickable (with hyperlinks) that will direct you to a page with detailed explanation and related info of the subject.

Log-In Page

Enter your login credentials on the Web URL: https://www.seko360.com/ using the access provided to you via email, then click Sign In button.

After log in, you will be directed to the home screen where you can navigate the Dashboard/DCM Summary and Main Menus.

Icons on the Header are useful tools to Navigate between Dashboard and Menus.

Navigating the Menus

Dashboard or DCM Summary

Dashboard is where you view the Vendor Tasks that need to be completed or updated.

This lists partially completed Bookings that haven't been sent to SEKO Origin.

This is also where you review and complete the details before submitting to SEKO Origin Agent.

These are Shipments that have been approved by the client which need update on specific instructions depending on Shipment Load Type (CFS Load/Vendor Load).

This is also where you will confirm Final Packing List Quantity.

This is the Vendor Document Tracking (only specific users will be given permission to View this Task tile).

This is where you upload and complete Shipping Documents for Shipments that are “Authorized to Ship”.

Purchasing

Lists all the live Purchase Orders agreed with the client to be shipped

Supply Chain

Lists all created Bookings & Shipments where you can:

Add a Vendor Booking

View Booking Details

View Shipment Cancellations

DCM -Vendor Process & Flow Chart

  1. Booking ADD - Log in to Seko 360 DCM Vendor Portal to create a Booking.

Navigate to Supply Chain Menu on the side panel → Bookings → Booking Add

Created Bookings will show on the Vendor Portal Dashboard Task Tile “Draft Bookings”.

Submitted Bookings will appear on the Booking List Menu for both Vendor and Origin DCM Interface.

  1. Notify Origin - Email Booking details so Origin can add Shipment details, routing details (Flight/vessel) and request for Client’s Approval

  2. Complete Shipment Instructions - Shipments with Pending SI can be viewed at Vendor Portal Dashboard Task Tile “Pending Shipment Instructions”.

  • Confirm Handover Date - Once Shipment is approved, Origin will arrange Cargo collection/delivery and Vendor needs to ready Cargo Handover to Origin

  • Fill out Container details depending on Load Type (Vendor Load or CFS Load)

  • Complete Final Quantity and Packing

  1. Upload Shipping Documents - Provide Factory Packing List and Commercial Invoice for accurate shipment preparation.

Shipments with Incomplete Documents can be viewed at Vendor Portal Dashboard Task Tile “Shipment Pending Documents” or use Edit function in the Task Tile “Pending Shipment Instructions” under UPLOAD DOCUMENTS section

Created Bookings in Seko360 DCM are Integrated in CargoWise via iHub services.

This integration ensures that updates made in CargoWise are reflected in DCM and vice versa, streamlining the process and reducing the need for manual updates.
