iHub Mapping Sample Guide

Data Mapping involves creating connections between data fields in different databases or systems.

For example, mapping a “SKU Code” field in Client database to a “Product Code” field in iHub in order to fill in the data correctly into the WMS System.

Mappings on iHub are case-sensitive and space-sensitive. This means that even if the column titles are correct, they will not be recognized if the case or spacing does not match the mapping definition.

Mapping is done for each service. A file template will be configured to match the data in WMS.

“Load Product Master” Mapping Example

Navigate to Settings Menu → Service Settings
Select “Load Product Master” Service to configure in the Service and Protocol Settings page
Choose File Format (xml or csv) and click SAVE button

Map the file

Upload a sample file/template
Check Sample file and click NEXT button
Define basic information such as column separator and header usage and click NEXT button
Map the columns to assign the column header of the template (“Your Heading”) to the iHub fields (“Business Meaning”).
Drag and Drop Method: Drag the fields on the right table to match or assign (drop) in the left table until Mandatory fields are set.
Click “Finish” button to Save Mapping
A table will show what has been mapped for checking.
Click “Finish” button

Once file is uploaded successfully in iHub, data will be visible in:

Seko 360 WMS Client site → Design Menu → Product List → In Production tab.

iHub mapped fields in WMS

“Your Heading” = Client header description

“Business Meaning” = WMS fields

example: SKU Code = Product Code

Fields in the Properties tab

csv file column - fill in True or False

WMS date - True= toggled YES, False= toggled NO

“Load Sales Order” Mapping Example

Navigate to Settings Menu → Service Settings
Select “Load Sales Order” Service to configure in the Service and Protocol Settings page
