Filter/Search Panel

Aside from filtering specific Create Date, Client and User, the following filters are useful for easy tracking and monitoring:

  • Services - Load Services, Push Services, Retrieve Services

  • Action - Data transfer Type

  • Status - Message would show on the hub activity monitor whether the upload is successful (Green ) or failed (Red X ).

  • Search - Type in “free text” related to the activity such as Order Number, SKU, Product Description, etc.

View Logs (Manual File Upload and FTP)

  1. Click “View” button on the right most column of the grid.

  2. “Log” tab - summary of the information of the File uploaded with time stamp and status

  3. “Details” tab - check errors (tick box “Display Error Message Column” or “Display Errors only”)

  4. “File” tab - Download uploaded file (Click Download Request Button)

 

 

 

View Logs (REST API)

  1. Click “View” button on the right most column of the grid.

  2. “Log” tab - HTTP request log - It captures detailed information about an HTTP request made to a server. This log helps in debugging and monitoring the interactions between clients and servers.
