The purpose of this message is to alert you the Nova user that entry numbers will be exhausted soon. This happens when theIt gives users enough time to request these numbers from CBP. This message is displayed when current value exceeds the number under threshold warning number.

The threshold warning is a configurable option. You can modify it the value as follows:
Click Master Data
Click Companies
Click on the company name
Scroll down until to the section Entry Numbers
Select select the check box for the line with the active entry numbers
The option Edit will be enabled, click on it
