Entry number message in Nova

Information related to the entry number message on top of MAWB Grid page or Details Page

The purpose of this message is to alert Nova user that entry numbers will be exhausted soon. It gives users enough time to request these numbers from CBP. This message is displayed when current value exceeds the number under threshold warning number.

Threshold warning message

The threshold warning is a configurable. You can modify the value as follows:

  1. Click Master Data

  2. Click Companies

  3. Click on the company name

  4. Scroll down to the section Entry Numbers

  5. select the check box for the line with active entry numbers

  6. The option Edit will be enabled, click on it

7. Edit the threshold warning number

8. Click Save
