Flight Departed but no 1F in Nova

Problem

Please follow below steps for troubleshooting:

1. Send FSQ/04 to confirm if CBP has sent 1F.  A possible response from CBP can include:

   • Notifications resent (1F should be resent)

   • Not authorized (Has the airline sent the MAWB nominating the CFS?  Sometimes a call needs to go out to the airline)

2. If you are a customs broker, you can send a manifest query in ABI to see if the 1F is posted for this MAWB
