Solution
Verify the carrier code used within the flight number is correct IATA code for the airline
If correct, verify whether IATA code ends in 0-9. This is not supported by CBP. Change the code to ICAO format - Three Letter Designator issued to the incoming air carrier by the transport authority in the country of registry
