We’re in the tunnel

Our first Operations Conference since before the pandemic saw colleagues from all over the US (and some from international locations) flock to Eaglewood, Itasca for two intense days of strategy, discussion, networking (and bowling).

The theme throughout: Transformation.

As SEKO continues to grow at a fantastic rate, it is inevitable that inconsistencies in global processes and ways of working are exposed, and limit our ability to automate and scale our operations…and at SEKO we don’t like limits.

Bringing together our people, our team, the conference has underlined how committed and motivated every member of the SEKO family is. We’re creating momentum for the next 5 years and beyond. We’ve spent years training and working towards this moment - in fact if this was a football game, it won’t even have started yet. In fact…we’re in the tunnel. Look at your team mates, feel that bond, that trust. There is electricity in the air. The crowd is restless. It’s time to show them what we’ve got.

Go SEKO!
