Self Resetting Password

The following work instruction will assist the owner of the Extensiv Hub account to reset manually their own password through Extensiv Hub. If the user forgot their password they will need to reset their password via email.

Step 1: Open ‘Profile Settings’

In the Extensiv Hub, on the right top corner click your name icon. A drop-down list will appear, click ‘Profile Settings’.

Step 2: Select ‘Edit’

Select the edit button to unlock the ‘Reset Password’ hyperlink.

Step 3: Select ‘Reset Password’

Select the 'Reset Password' hyperlink.

Step 4: Select ‘Edit’ and ‘Submit’

Select the edit button to unlock the ‘Reset Password’ hyperlink. Ensure the new password meets the criteria. Click the ‘Submit’ button once the desired password is entered.

Resetting Password via Email

The following work instruction will assist the owner of the Extensiv Hub account to reset their password via email.

Step 1: Click ‘Forgot Password?’

On the Extensiv login page, click the ‘Forgot Password?' hyperlink.

Step 2: Enter/Send Email

The user will be prompted to enter the email address associated with the Extensiv hub account. The user will receive and email with a verification code for password reset once the ‘Send Email’ button is clicked.

Step 3: Create New Password

The user is directed to create a new password. The verification code is required otherwise the password will not be successfully reset. The user will click the ‘Confirm’ button once all required information is provide.
