Load Sales Order iHub Mapping
Dispatch Confirmation Cartons
Push data relating to “Retail Compliance” and the Dispatch Cartons used in the Order Pick Pack module including the Serial Shipping Container Code (SsccNumber). This is intended for Clients that use the “Order Pick Pack” module as this makes use of “Dispatch Cartons” and “Serial Shipping Container Codes”.

Viewing Retail Compliance Data
Client and DC users can access Retail Compliance data for a Sales Order or Dispatch directly from the front end in the Sales Order or Dispatch Menus.
Sales Order View (Client)
Navigate to Sales Orders:
Go to Sales Channels → Sales Orders.
Select either the All Sales Orders or Committed. Dispatch Requests, Dispatches, Dispatches On Hold tab.
View Retail Compliance Data:
Click the View command on a Sales Order that includes Retail Compliance data.
The Retail Compliance fields will appear between the Ship To Contact Details and Line Items sections in a dedicated Retail Compliance group.
Note: The Retail Compliance group is only visible if the Sales Order contains Retail Compliance data. If not, this group remains hidden to avoid cluttering the detail page.

The Style Code is displayed to the right of the HTS Code column within the Line Items grid.

Dispatch View (DC)
DC Login:
Navigate to Logistics → Dispatch → Dispatch List.
Select from the following tabs: All, To Be Picked, Being Picked, To Be Packed, To Dispatch, Dispatched, To Cancel, Cancelled, or On Hold.
View Retail Compliance Data:
Click the View command on a Sales Order that includes Retail Compliance data.
The Retail Compliance fields will appear between the Contact Details and Dispatch Lines sections in a dedicated Retail Compliance group.

Order Pick Pack Dispatch View (DC)
DC Login:
Navigate to Logistics → Order Pick Pack → Dispatch List.
Alternatively, go to Logistics → Order Pick Pack → Close Order.
View Retail Compliance Data:
Click the View command.
The Retail Compliance fields will appear above the Dispatch Lines section in a dedicated Retail Compliance group.
Wave Picking Star Dispatches View (DC)
DC Login:
Navigate to Logistics → Wave Picking → Star Dispatches.
View Retail Compliance Data:
Click the View command.
The Retail Compliance fields will appear above the Dispatch Lines section in a dedicated Retail Compliance group.
The Retail Compliance group is only visible if the Dispatch contains Retail Compliance data. If not, this group remains hidden to avoid cluttering the detail page.
Additional Information:
The Style Code is displayed as the last column in both the Dispatch Lines and Line Summary grids.
Update Retail Compliance data (WMS)
Login on DC Interface
Logistics → Dispatch → Dispatch Update
Use search Filters to Update specific Sales order/Dispatch Request.
Click the “Update Retail Compliance” (check box icon)
Edit the information needed for updating
Click UPDATE button
