Setting up printers to use in the warehouse

Desktop

  1. Log in to the Desktop DC Interface.

  2. Navigate to Printing Menu > My Printers.

  3. Select Printers created from the following dropdowns of dropdown menus for Label, Document, and Gift Message Card.

  4. Save Your Selection/s

    • After

    users select printers from the dropdown, the user must click the “Save” button to continue.

Mobile/Handheld Terminal

  1. Log in to the Mobile Device.

  2. Navigate to User Management Menu > My Printers.

    • This menu is accessible only to DC users with “Mobile Admin” permissions.

  3. Select Printers from the dropdown menus for Label, Document, and Gift Message Card.

  4. Save Your Selection/s

    • After choosing the printers, click the “Save” button to proceed.

Tip

To set up a new Printer, the users must create a new Printer setting first in the “All Printers” menu.
