My Printers

This menu allows the users to set up printers to use in the warehouse per type (Label, Document, Gift Message Card, and Multi Tray). 

When printing, only the user-assigned printers appear under ‘My Printers,’ making the selection process efficient.

Setting up printers to use in the warehouse

Desktop

  1. Log in to the Desktop DC Interface.

  2. Navigate to Printing Menu > My Printers.

  3. Select Printers from the dropdown menus for Label, Document, and Gift Message Card.

  4. Save Your Selection/s

    • After choosing the printers, click the “Save” button to proceed.

To set up a new Printer, the users must create a new Printer setting first in the “All Printers” menu.

The user has an option to remove one selected Printer Description by clicking the “X” button.

Once Printer has been successfully set up in My Printers, the printers will be  available in the drop down list of the following pages of Printing Menu (as well as Wave Picking).
