Overview

  1. Cluster Pack:

    • When using the “Cluster Pack” feature in Seko 360, all dispatches that were picked in a “Cluster Pick” wave are automatically packed together.

    • This means that items from multiple orders are grouped and packed as a single unit.

    • Additionally, there’s an option to batch print all carrier labels associated with these packed shipments.

  2. Auto Print Configuration:

    • To enable automatic printing of carrier labels, follow these steps:

      • Ensure that the client is set up to use “Pre-allocation”

      • Pre-allocation means that carrier labels are generated as soon as the sales order is created

      • With pre-allocation enabled, Seko 360 already has the carrier label information.

      • If there are any shipments with errors (e.g., bad address data), they go into a “Carrier Label Exceptions” page.

      • These error shipments cannot be added to the wave until the issues are fixed.

      • Once validated, Seko360 safely batch updates these shipments and then automatically prints the carrier labels.

      • The validation checks with the carrier were successful when the carrier label was created upfront.
