WMS - TMS Logistics Menu
The Transportation Management System (TMS) automatically generates carrier labels and checks for any exceptions during label creation for dispatch. This ensures compliant order shipments with proper documentation and provides detailed, accurate information throughout the supply chain for customers.

Pre-Allocation - Auto Generating “Carrier Labels”
Pre-allocation involves automatically generating carrier labels as soon as a Sales Order is loaded.
However, if the carrier requires manifesting, Seko 360 creates the shipment with a future shipment date. This prevents the carrier from auto-manifesting the shipment prematurely, especially if there are internal processes (such as Clean Sweep) to consider.
Seko 360 ensures that carriers don’t auto-manifest the shipments until they are done packing and ready for dispatch. No changes can be made once a shipment is manifested,
After packing, Seko 360 automatically updates the shipment date with the carrier to the next manifest date, ensuring inclusion in the next manifest run.
Pre-allocation can be enabled or disabled at Client level. To configure this:
Go to Admin -> Document -> Document Management.
Select “Client” and “Carrier Label” Type
Click Edit icon
Toggle “Auto Generate” to either “Yes” (for auto-generating carrier labels for all integrated carriers) or “No” (to disable auto-generation).

Turn off pre-allocating labels at the Carrier level (for specific carrier) is not supported.
Ask for Customer support if specific carrier/s for a Client should not auto-generate carrier labels. This setting is done on the backend.
If the client is using Automation or Pre-Allocation then the Dispatch details (such as Address, contact and pricing) cannot be updated as this would invalidate the labels that have already been successfully created.
