Carrier Label Exceptions

Navigate to Logistics Menu → TMS → Carrier Label Exceptions

• Access a list of dispatches where generating the TMS Carrier label encountered invalid or missing information.

• Fix and address the exception and successfully generate the label.

1. Identify the Exception: First, review the dispatch details to understand the specific issue. It could be missing information, incorrect data, or any other anomaly.

2. Correct the Issue: Depending on the nature of the exception, take appropriate action. For example:

   • If it’s missing information (e.g., address, weight, or product details), update it.

   • If it’s an invalid entry, correct the data.

   • If it’s related to carrier requirements, ensure compliance.

3. Re-Generate the Label: After resolving the exception, re-generate the TMS carrier label. This ensures that the dispatch is properly documented and compliant.
