TMS - Entity Setup

Client Setup

  1. Navigate to Entity Setup → Client Setup → Maintain Clients Menu

  2. Click “Create New Client” Button on the bottom of the right pane. (Left Pane lists active Clients)

  3. Fill In Client Details (provided by Clients)

  4. Click SAVE button

CLIENT = (Seko 360 Client) Entity who creates Order in WMS

Client Code/ID should be the same as data in WMS System

Carrier Setup

Create New Carrier

  1. Navigate to Entity Setup → Carrier Setup → Maintain Carriers Menu

  2. Click “Create New Carrier” Button on the bottom of the Right pane. (Left Pane lists active Carriers)

  3. Fill In Carrier Details (provided by Clients)

  4. Click SAVE button

CARRIER = Entity that transport the goods from Shipper to customer

Carrier Code/ID should be the same as data in WMS System

Create Service

  1. Navigate to Entity Setup → Carrier Setup → Services Menu

  2. Click “Create New Carrier Service” Button on the bottom of the right pane. (Left Pane lists active Services)

  3. Fill In Service Details

Service Code and Service Name should be the same as data in WMS System

  1. Click SAVE button

Shipper Setup

  1. Navigate to Entity Setup→ Shipper Setup→ Maintain Shippers Menu

  2. Click “Create New Shipper” Button on the bottom of the right pane. (Left Pane lists active Shipper/DC)

  3. Fill In Shipper Details

  4. Click SAVE button

SHIPPER = DC

Entity where the goods will be dispatched and where Carrier pick up the goods
