WMS - Service Group and Carrier

Add Service Group

Navigate to Logistics Tab > Wave Picking > Service Groups

This allows users to assign Carrier Services that are integrated with the TMS to a Service Group. 

1. Click the “Create New” button

2. Enter Service Group Code (needs to be unique)

3. Enter Service Group Name

4. Click the “Save” button

5. Click the “Back to List” button to return to List or Click the “Create New” button to create another Group

Assign Carrier to Service Groups

To assign Carrier services to an existing Service Group:

1. Click on the “Assign Services” icon.

2. Select the services in the left grid where it shows the Carrier name and Service name

3. Click the “Add” button. The added services will appear in the right grid.

To remove Carrier Service from the Service Group:

1. Select the services in the right grid

2. Click the “Remove” button

Add Non-Integrated Carrier Group

Navigate to Logistics Tab > Wave Picking > Non Integrated Carrier Groups

This allows users to assign Carrier Services that are NOT integrated with the TMS to a Non-Integrated Carrier Group

1. Click the “Create New” button

2. Enter NI Carrier Group Code (needs to be unique)

3. Enter NI Carrier Group Name

4. Click the “Save” button

5. Click the “Back to List” button to return to List or Click the “Create New” button to create another Group

Assign Carrier to Non Integrated Groups

To assign Carrier services to an existing Non Integrated Group:

1. Click on the “Assign Services” icon.

2. Select the services in the left grid where it shows the Carrier name

3. Click the “Add” button. The added Carrier will appear in the right grid

To remove Carrier Service from the Service Group:

1. Select the Carrier in the right grid

2. Click the “Remove” button
