WMS - Dispatch Quantity Adjustment
This process allows users to decrease dispatch line quantities to fit a dispatch into a wave. It's used when stock decreases after accepting an order, causing insufficient stock for dispatch.
To access:
Go to Logistics Tab > Wave Picking > Dispatch Quantity Adjustment.
Select a client from the dropdown and click "Search" to display records.
Dispatch Orders will appear in the Dispatch Quantity Adjustment menu only if:
The client uses Wave Picking.
The dispatch is in status Confirmed and not yet created in Wave - Pick Release or Pick Release by Configuration process.
The dispatch doesn't have a Wave Number in Dispatch List - All tab.
The dispatch isn't in statuses: Being Picked, Cancelled, Pick Complete, To Dispatch, or Dispatched.
The dispatch isn't marked for cancellation.
The dispatch isn't on hold.
The dispatch doesn't appear in "Carrier Label Exceptions."
To view dispatch and line details, click the view icon beside the Client column.
Adjust Dispatch Line Quantity
Note: Users must notify the clients first before doing the dispatch quantity adjustment process.
Click the Adjust Quantity icon.
Fill in “New Quantity” field and click the “Update” button
