These Documents can be generated (buttons will be visible) after Pick Release creation.

Documents can also be Generated in the Pick Release History, Wave Summary and Wave History screens.

Wave Summary Sheet

Contains Picking Details for each particular Wave

Dispatch Notes

Contains Dispatch information such as Barcode, Dispatch Number, SO number, Product details and shipping destination. Wave No. & Plate ID No. is in the footer of each page.

Commercial Invoices

Provides essential information about the shipment such as Shipping details, Billing details and Item value.

Wave No. & Plate ID No. is in the footer of each page.

Kit To Order

This document details the components that make up the kit and what needs to be packed. Wave No. & Plate ID No. is in the footer of each page.

Non Standard Requirements

Click the "Print Non Standard Requirements" button to print all the Non Standard Requirements for the newly created waves.

Notes to enable the Print Non Standard Requirements button:

1. A client has to be enabled “Back End” to support Non Standard Requirements such as Engraving, Case Printing, Packing Instructions and any special instructions

2. Clients need to add "Order Line Message" field in Load Sales Orders/ Load Web Sales order in iHub.
