WMS - Mobile Wave Picking

Wave Pick by SKU or EAN

1. Scan Wave Number (Barcode can be found on the Wave Summary Sheet)

2. OR Select a Client from the dropdown, then Click the Load Waves button and select corresponding Wave Number

3. Scan the Location, SKU, Plate Number, enter the quantity to pick

4. Click the “Pick” button.

5. A confirmation message will appear: “Picked” and then move onto the next line to pick.

6. If the user clicks the “Skip” button, a prompt will be shown to confirm this. If the user clicks “OK”, A message will appear “Insufficient Inventory. This line will be short shipped”

7. To confirm, click “Short Ship” button

Cluster Picking

Cluster Picking is a Wave Picking configuration on multiple orders with a single SKU and single quantity.

It allows users to multi pick the same SKU in one operation on the mobile device. When using Cluster Picking, the user does NOT need to scan the Plate Number.

If "Cluster Pick" is toggled to Yes, it will automatically set Total Dispatch Unit and Line/item quantity to 1.
