Order Pick Pack Configuration for Gs1 Prefix Type (WMS)

The GS1 Prefix Type can be set per Client.

  • Generic

    • The same “Gs1 Prefix” is used throughout for a Client

      OR

  • Order Header

    • Retrieved from the Sales Order / Dispatch

      • Client will send us the “Gs1 Prefix” for each order when loading Sales Orders using iHub

      • If a “Gs1 Prefix” is not sent for some Sales Orders, it can be added by the DC user on the “Dispatch Update” page

Retail Compliance Fields

“Load Sales Orders” and “Load Web Sales Orders” - Retail Compliance fields (iHub)

Clients can use the “Load Sales Orders” and “Load Web Sales Orders” services on iHub to load “Retail Compliance” data for a Sales Order.

Dispatch Confirmation Cartons

Push data relating to “Retail Compliance” and the Dispatch Cartons used in the Order Pick Pack module including the Serial Shipping Container Code (SsccNumber). This is intended for Clients that use the “Order Pick Pack” module as this makes use of “Dispatch Cartons” and “Serial Shipping Container Codes”.

Viewing Retail Compliance Data

  1. Navigate to Sales Orders:

    • Go to Sales ChannelsSales Orders.

    • Select either the All Sales Orders or Committed. Dispatch Requests, Dispatches, Dispatches On Hold tab.

  2. View Retail Compliance Data:

    • Click the View command on a Sales Order that includes Retail Compliance data.

    • The Retail Compliance fields will appear between the Ship To Contact Details and Line Items sections in a dedicated Retail Compliance group.

    Note:

The Retail Compliance group is only visible if the Sales Order contains Retail Compliance data. If not, this group remains hidden to avoid cluttering the detail page.

  1. Additional Information:

    • The Style Code is displayed to the right of the HTS Code column within the Line Items grid.

  • Login on DC Interface

  • Logistics → Dispatch → Dispatch Update

  • Use search Filters to Update specific Sales order/Dispatch Request.

  • Click the “Update Retail Compliance” (check box icon)

  • Edit the information needed for updating

  • Click UPDATE button
